We at http://www.betterfitnessmaster.com are using godaddy.com for our hosting and domain name. We found their service easy to use and have had no issues to date.

Being UK based, finding a decently priced host was proving quite tricky for my needs (of quite a few websites, add ons etc), so I ended up at Go Daddy. The main attraction was the size of the company (less likely you would assume to go bust) and the speed of their support (which has been very good) although they do not always get the gist of the email in the first instance and sometimes need several attempts before the correct response arrives! Equally they have a huge range of add ons which are great, including Wordpress, shopping carts etc (however the cart is only in $ which is no good if I simply wish to sell to the UK, being UK based).
Overall I find them very good and with a few tweaks they could move to excellence. I would give them 4 out of 5 as they do seem to be trying to help!

As humans usually only write a review when things go terribly wrong and you need to bash a person/company. Unfortunately when things go well or great we do very little about it. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Wouldn't you like to know about great companies/people you can trust?

I found their ad in 2004. Because of the amount of domains I own I have been assigned an Executive Account Support guy and my experience ever since has been wonderful. I can call/e-mail my exec support guy anytime, including on weekends and he'll have my problem solved in seconds.

I do think their website is too complicated and needs some work to find your way around. Sometimes is faster to call support than trying to find things on your own but other than that all my clients are very satisfied with their hosting and prices.
